In-House CNC Press Brake Bending

MWI Service Enterprise LLC provides press brake forming in Houston with an Ermak Powerbend Falcon hydraulic press brake. Our equipment has a documented 242-ton rating and 12-foot bending bed, with a CNC back gauge and programmable bending sequences.

The press brake supports accurate, repeatable forming for sheet metal components used in structural parts, enclosures and custom fabrication. The available bending process depends on the part geometry, material and tooling required for the job.

From a Flat Profile to a Formed Component

Information for a Metal Bending Quote

Provide the material, thickness, quantity, overall dimensions and requested delivery date. A drawing or sketch should identify bend locations, angles, inside radii and any critical dimensions. Note any finish requirements or features that affect how the part can be handled and formed.

The machine's tonnage and bed length do not define every part it can bend. Material strength, bend length, tooling and geometry all affect feasibility. MWI reviews these requirements for each project before confirming the work.
